**Orders & Customization**
**What size are your custom photo magnets?**
All of our standard square photo magnets are 50mm x 50mm (5cm x 5cm)—the ideal size to turn your fridge, locker, or office board into a personal photo gallery without taking up too much space.

**What set sizes can I order?**
You can order custom photo magnets in sets of 1, 4, 12. You can select a different photo for every single magnet in your pack!

**What makes a good photo for printing?**
To make sure your magnets print crisp and vibrant, keep these tips in mind:
High Resolution: We recommend images with a minimum resolution of 800 x 800 pixels.
Original Photos: Use original photo files directly from your camera roll or camera. Avoid screenshots or images saved from messaging apps, as they reduce quality.
Good Lighting: Well-lit, close-up shots work best at 50x50mm.

**Can I send photo magnets directly as a gift?**
Yes! Our handcrafted photo magnets make memorable personalized gifts for family, friends, or special milestones. During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s delivery address and add a gift note if you’d like us to include a message.

**Production & Quality**
**How are HouDing photo magnets made?**
Unlike mass-produced novelties, every single magnet is individually handcrafted and quality-checked by hand right here in Pretoria. We use high-grade photo finishes and strong magnetic backings designed to hold firm to any magnetic surface.

**What surfaces do they stick to?**
They stick to any flat magnetic surface! Beyond the kitchen fridge, they look great on washing machines, office filing cabinets, lockers, magnetic memo boards, and metal bookshelf frames.

**Delivery & Shipping**
**How long will my order take?**
Because every magnet is made to order by hand, our production time is 1 to 2 working days. Once dispatched, courier delivery typically takes an additional 1 to 3 working days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

**Do you deliver across South Africa?**
Yes! We offer nationwide flat-rate door-to-door courier shipping across South Africa.
